Our Redeemer’s Lutheran Church’s community garden is a natural garden setting for people with limited access to land and other resources to grow food and ornamental plants. Our goal for the garden space is to support the health and well-being of humans, wildlife, and the natural environment. Hunger Team manages a portion of the garden to grow produce for Helena Food Share, further supporting our ministry to the Helena community. The remainder of the community garden is open to all who want to tend their own garden, enjoy its harvest, and perhaps, share its bounty with the needy throughout the season.  (zucchini, anyone?)

If you are interested in having a gardening space, assisting with the Food Share plot, or for further questions, email Vicki Downhour.
